#9 – Digital Stamp Image Challenge
Ive created a sheet of black and white digital stamps for you to use for this challenge theme!
For challenge #9 I want you to print off this sheet and use the image to make some ART! It can be A N Y T H I N G at all! Spray the images or dtp them to add a splash of colour or use them as is!
If you sign into your flickr account (its free) you can download the full sized version of this image sheet for FREE, which will give you a better print result than if you use the small version of the image.
The image chosen for this challenge has been converted to ’stamp format’ from an original cabinet card image which I found on a blog
Special thanks Elizabeth at The Last Door Along The Hall for allowing me to use this image for the challenge
You can also download the digital stamp as a single image or you can download the original cabinet card from the following url:

#6 – Art In Everyday Life
For this challenge you will need your digital cameras!
I want you to go outside and using your camera take a photo of something that moves you or catches your eye, something which looks artistic, a natural beauty which hasnt been staged or posed in any way. No people or pets for this – try to think of every day objects or things in nature…it could be the leaves on the ground, flowers, clouds or even litter on the floor.
Just a quick candid shot of something which grabs your attention and stirs your muse in some way or another.
Once you have your photo upload it to your blog and give a description as to what the photo is and why you chose it. Dont forget to leave a message here along with your link so we can see what you took a picture of!
Heres my contribution to this theme:
We went to the seaside today and as I was walking along the beach I saw a group of shells and pebbles which caught my eye, they had been left there by the tide which had not long gone out, and something in their formations and how they lay scattered there in the sand just grabbed my attention. I took a couple of photos and thought nothing more of it till I got back home and loaded the shots from my camara, on seeing the photos on my screen I realised there was an aura of art in the natural beauty in the simplicity of the shells and pebbles. Heres my photos:

#5 – My Fur Baby
Another quick challenge idea to get your muses buzzing!
For this challenge I want you to find a way of incorporating your fur baby into your artwork!
You can use actual printed photos or you can use digital artwork or you can paint or do pretty much anything to make some gorgeous art featuring the #1 fur baby in your life!
Or why not use this challenge idea to pay homage to those fur babies who are no longer with us.
You have free reign to interpretate the challenge theme ‘My Fur Baby’ in anyway you choose!
Heres a couple of pieces of artwork I made for this challenge using a stencil which I designed from a photograph of my fur baby Harry
I had a photo of Harry what I wanted to use which I converted to black and white and then printed it out. I then used a pen to make a blocked stencil style version of the photo which I then cut out of card and used as a stencil to paint through:

#2 – Virgin Rubber
Heres another little challenge to get your muses buzzing!
Very straight forward and one Im SURE most of you will be able to do!
Look in your stash for any rubber stamps you have which you have NEVER EVER used – they have to be totally virgin rubber! Un-inked and unspoilt and quite frankly UNLOVED! The older the virgin rubber the better! Stop neglecting these babies and MAKE ART using some of your OLDEST virgin rubber stamps – its time to get them off the proverbial shelf!
Heres what I did for this challenge below:
